How to activate HTTPS on your website

AI assistants refuse to load websites without HTTPS. Without a secure connection, your shop simply doesn't exist in their results.

Steps

1. Activate an SSL certificate with your hosting provider. Most offer a free Let's Encrypt certificate — just enable it in the control panel.
2. Set up a redirect from HTTP to HTTPS (301 redirect). Most hosts offer this as a checkbox.
3. Check that all internal links in your pages use https:// or relative paths (starting with /).
4. Check the site in your browser — the address bar must show a lock icon.
