How to create an XML sitemap for AI agents

An XML sitemap is a list of all important pages on your website. AI agents and search engines use it to discover pages they would otherwise miss — products deep in the catalogue, blog posts or new categories.

Steps

Most e-commerce platforms generate a sitemap automatically. Check yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml — if it exists and contains your product pages, you're done. If not, install an SEO plugin (Yoast, Rank Math) or create the file manually following the format at sitemaps.org.
